Banquet Server

FT/ PT: Part Time

Shift Hours: Shift Vary

To service all banquet functions relating to preparation and service to hotel guests. Prior food service experience required. Hours of work will fluctuate based on the business levels. Excellent people skills and communication skills a must! Must be physically able to lift and balance heavy trays above shoulder. Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Potwasher/ Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking candidate with experience in a community kitchen environment to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior dishwashing experience in a commercial type kitchen with a steady work history and able to work well under pressure.

Lemaire Server

Lemaire Line Cook

Our newly renovated kitchen is state-of-the-art! Under the direction of Executive Chef Patrick Willis, Lemaire kitchen is driven by talented Cooks and Sous Chefs who are excited to teach and learn from each other on a daily basis and who are inspired by local, sustainable and seasonal produce. We are looking for a qualified and motivated Line Cook that is hard-working, focused, efficient and will bring a positive work ethic to our kitchen. Following direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chef throughout service with a sense of urgency, timing, quality and consistency are of the utmost importance. Garde Manger - Banquets

1-2 years’ experience of high volume pantry production, knowledge and proficiency of all cold food menu items, including but not limited to salads, sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, sauces, dressings, artful assembly of various platters such as fruits, cheese, crudités, ect.

Line Cook

FT/ PT: Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal

Position requires career oriented candidates with strong culinary backgrounds. Candidates must have previous experience in a full service kitchen. Strong abilities on all stations a must. Must possess a positive attitude. Must be energetic, professional, excellent communicator and a team player.

TJ's Restaurant

FT/ PT: Seasonal

Shift Hours: AM & PM Shifts available - Must be flexible Weekends and Holiday

Responsible for seating guests, coordinating reservations and ensuring and assisting with Five Diamond service in our casual fine dining restaurant. Excellent people and communication skills a must. Previous restaurant experience helpful. Must work WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Shifts will vary based on business levels.


Security Agent

FT/ PT: Full Time

Shift Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm or 3:30-11:30pm

Responsible for Safety and Security of Hotel Guests, employees and property. Must have a background in Security, Military or Police. Must possess excellent Customer Service Skills, diplomacy and good communications skill (oral and written.) Must possess strong work ethic and honesty and integrity must be above reproach.

Room Attendant

FT/ PT: Full Time

Shift Hours: 8:00am until finished - Must be fully flexible

Position provides the hotel with the proper cleaning and servicing of guestrooms and assigned work areas. Will include attending to assigned areas that need attention. Must have Strong housekeeping experience. Excellent people skills and communication skills a must!

Turndown Attendant

FT/ PT: Part-Time

Shift Hours: 5:00pm - Until Finished

Position provides the hotel with the proper cleaning, servicing and turning down of beds during the evening. Must be friendly, accommodating and attentive. Must be able to physically perform position including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing and walking continuously. Previous work experience required.

Midnight Bellman

FT/ PT: Part Time

Shift Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Will greet all arriving and departing guests from the hotel using the Five Diamond/Five Star standards. Will assist arriving guests w/ luggage and escort them to the Front Desk. May also assist valet with parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Must be able to operate automatic and manual vehicles safely. Must provide a driving record (0-+ points) and a valid Virginia Driver’s license. Must possess excellent communication skills and effectively work with others.

Housekeeping Supervisor

FT/ PT: Full Time

Shift Hours: Shifts Vary - Must be Fully Flexible

Will assist in overseeing the operation of a busy Housekeeping department. Must have 4 to 5 years hospitality experience. Preferably management or supervisory experience in a full service hotel property. Must be team oriented, achieve goals and be fully flexible to work any day of the week, weekends & Holidays. Requirements: * Provide excellent guest services * Lead, Motivate and train housekeeping staff * Establish and implement operational procedures * Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling * Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met * Communicate efficiently and effectively with all team members and departments * Report any maintenance deficiencies and handling guests' requests to proper departments * Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas as needed; Requirements include: the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment/furniture and remain on one's feet for extended periods of time
