We understand that you and your event attendees may be feeling apprehensive as you begin to travel and return to in-person meetings and events, but we are ready when you are. For your attendees, we are taking every precaution and following the latest government mandates and health organization guidelines throughout the hotel so that they can feel comfortable and confident. Our Risk-Free Small Meetings Offer also gives you, as the planner, the peace of mind of a risk-free contract. If for any reason you need to cancel your event, you can do so with no cancellation penalties up to seven (7) days prior to arrival - no questions asked. Should your attendance not meet your contracted totals, we will waive any attrition fees and food and beverage minimums will not apply.
Offer is subject to availability for bookings of 10-25 rooms peak night and/or 15-30 event attendees for events held before March 31, 2021. Cancellation fees may apply for events cancelled within seven days of arrival. Offer may not be applied to events already under contract.
