The Jefferson Hotel has long been known and recognized for our commitment to outstanding service and the highest standards in our industry, including cleanliness, safety and training. Using these same long-standing principles, applied in accordance with the latest health organization recommendations, we are operating in a manner to provide you and our hotel team members with a safe and welcoming environment.

Some of the things that you can expect during your upcoming visit include:
In accordance with the latest CDC guidelines, when community levels are low or medium guests and team members may wear a mask in public areas of the hotel based upon their own personal preference, informed by their personal level of risk. When community levels are high, masks will be required for all team members and recommended for guests, regardless of vaccination status or individual risk. Guests who are not feeling well or have reason to believe they may have been exposed to the virus are strongly urged to follow all CDC guidelines and not to travel. Our hotel team is assisted with daily temperature and health screenings, testing, vaccinations, face coverings, and flexible time off to ensure that they can remain healthy.
Our housekeeping department is providing a new standard of cleanliness and sanitation. We have taken special care to modify housekeeping services to create a private environment throughout your stay, remove in-room items that may be difficult to sanitize and offer substitutions for convenience items for your peace of mind. Should a favorite item be missing, please let us know and one that has been sanitized can be delivered contact-free for your use during your stay. Daily housekeeping service will be provided only upon request until further notice. You will be asked to please vacate the room while housekeeping completes your service.
Modified evening turndown service, including fresh towels, replenished bath amenities, trash removal and/or ice service is available upon request.
Prior to your arrival, please download the Jefferson Hotel app on your mobile device for expedited check-in and keyless entry for your guest room.
Lemaire Restaurant is serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Advance reservations are required for all guests wishing to join us in Lemaire. Priority reservations will be provided to overnight guests of the hotel. Seating at Lemaire bar and in Lemaire lounge is available first come, first served.
Carry-out options are available for in-house guests along with take-out service for the community. Please visit www.lemairerestaurant.com for menus and hours of service.
Room service is available 24 hours a day for in-room dining with no contact delivery and retrieval. Afternoon tea service is available Friday – Sunday observing a modified service and seating plan. Advance reservations are required.
In order to make our public areas more welcoming for you and your travel companions, seating groups in the lobbies and throughout the hotel have been spaced further apart. High touch surfaces will be sanitized with more frequency.
The fitness facility and indoor pool are open for your enjoyment. Guests are asked to follow the latest mask and social distancing guidelines.
